Parallel output gives the host a separate signal line for each denomination or credit value, rather than a timed pulse train or a serial conversation. It shows up mostly on coin acceptors and on older or purpose-built boards that read discrete inputs directly.
This is the smallest interface group we list. It covers ICT SCA1 coin acceptors in 12V/34V builds for Canadian and Mexican coin sets, including a unit that supports both ccTalk and parallel output, and the Bellis NV10 compact stackerless bill validator from Innovative Technology.
Parallel wiring is application-specific, so the harness matters as much as the device — confirm how many inputs your board provides and which denominations it expects on each. If you are retrofitting a machine and are not sure whether it reads parallel or pulse, contact us with the make and model, or send a photo of the existing connector, and we will identify it.
