The ICT PA7-E is ICT's premium high-security validator, built for operators who need reliable acceptance of higher denominations. It is the current production version of the PA7 platform and the direct replacement for the discontinued PA7-U models. USD6 builds accept six denominations — $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 — which makes the PA7-E a common choice for bill breakers, high-value kiosks, and gaming cabinets.
PA7 part numbers decode cleanly. Reading PA7-E2PB8-USD6 left to right: E is the current PA7-E generation (U marks the older discontinued builds), the digit after it is the power configuration — 1 for 110V and 2 for 12V — PB is the pulse interface, the final digit is cashbox capacity (4 for the 400 note D7-S4, 8 for the 800 note D7-S8), and USD6 is the six-denomination US currency set.
That gives four current builds, all stocked:
- PA7-E1PB4-USD6 — 110V, 400 note stacker, pulse, USD $1–$100
- PA7-E1PB8-USD6 — 110V, 800 note stacker, pulse, USD $1–$100
- PA7-E2PB4-USD6 — 12V, 400 note stacker, pulse, USD $1–$100
- PA7-E2PB8-USD6 — 12V, 800 note stacker, pulse, USD $1–$100
If you have an older PA7-U part number, the PA7-E with the identical suffix is your replacement — a PA7-U1PB4-USD6 becomes a PA7-E1PB4-USD6, and so on.
This page also covers the PA7 service parts we stock: the A2205E main base, AA347D CPU board, AA303B LED board, AA303C sensor board, E50100 67 MXL and E50110 119 MXL drive belts, D7-S4 and D7-S8 cashboxes, PA7 calibration cards, and AZB anti-zapper boards for PA7 pulse interfaces.
Common questions about the ICT PA7
- Does the PA7 take $50s and $100s? Yes — USD6 builds accept $1 through $100.
- 110V or 12V? The digit after the E tells you: PA7-E1 is 110V, PA7-E2 is 12V.
- What replaced the PA7-U? The matching PA7-E model, suffix for suffix.
- Which cashbox do I need? The D7-S4 for 400 note units, the D7-S8 for 800 note units.
- What belts does the PA7 use? The E50100 (67 MXL small) and E50110 (119 MXL large).
