Description
The Entropy 2000 Ticket Dispenser (TD-963CR, continuous type, 4-pin) is a 12V DC replacement ticket dispenser for redemption and amusement games, including titles from Raw Thrills, Bay Tek and ICE. Entropy designed the ENTD-2000 to virtually eliminate ticket jams and need very little maintenance, with an adjustable width selector, a front-panel auto-advance button and a quick-release face plate for fast service on location.
Key Features
- Continuous (CR) logic: the game turns the dispenser on with a logic-high Motor Enable signal and counts the returned ticket-notch signal to turn it off, the standard method used by most redemption games.
- Jam-resistant design: built to virtually eliminate ticket jams, with a latch bar that lifts the upper rollers to clear tickets quickly.
- Adjustable ticket width selector to match your ticket stock.
- Auto-advance button for easy loading of fan-fold tickets.
- Ticket stop adjustment: set how far tickets protrude from the face plate by sliding the PCB.
- Easy release and re-install: the dispenser swings down and lifts off the face plate via a retainer clip, with no tools.
- Diagnostic LEDs: green = notch output, yellow = motor enable.
- Install and parts manual included (download below).

Compatibility
A drop-in style replacement for 12V continuous-type ticket dispensers in redemption games from Raw Thrills, Bay Tek and ICE (Innovative Concepts in Entertainment), as well as other games that use a logic-high enable and notch-count ticket dispenser. Please compare your game's dispenser connector and face-plate size before ordering. Need the single-pulse version? The TD-963PR (one pulse = one ticket) is a different model.
FAQs
What is the difference between TD-963CR and TD-963PR?
The TD-963CR (this item) runs continuously while the game holds Motor Enable high and reports each ticket through the notch signal. The TD-963PR dispenses one ticket per pulse from a switch input.
How do I load tickets?
Set the ticket width, slide the tickets through the guide plates to the rollers, then hold the auto-advance button until the tickets reach the right spot. If they won't feed, make sure the latch bar is in the locked position.
How do I clear a ticket jam?
Pull any tickets out the front, pull the latch bar back to lift the upper rollers, lift off the upper ticket guide, ease the tickets out the rear, tear off damaged tickets and reload. Lock the latch bar again before running.
What power does it need?
12V DC (11 to 13V), with about 1.3 A at motor start and 0.3 A while running.
